Pumpkin Fluff
This recipe was created because I needed a yummy topping and because it’s That Time Of Year, it had to have pumpkin in it!
Y’all this is so easy ! But it is absolutely the yummiest topping!!! There are soooooo many things it would be amazing on or in! Coffee was my immediate thought, desserts of all kinds, pancakes, muffins, etc etc!
Also, it’s really simple! The only special ingredient you would need would be the THM Gentle Sweet. But if you don’t have that you can use whatever sweetener you like (just adjust to your tastes).
For my THM friends this is an S. It’s low carb, sugar free as well!
So here you go… Pumpkin Fluff!

Thank you so much!!
Great recipe! What is the serving size?
A good dollop! 😉
Gonna try surprising the hubby with this. Who knows, I might even like it.
Yay, hope you did! 🙂
What else could you use it on? I’m doing the Keto diet so I can’t have much on the way of pie or anything. It sounds so yummy but I have no idea what to pair it with.
hmmm… a CHEESECAKE!!!! I don’t know if that’s keto? You could add to egg crepes!
I am putting this on keto pumpkin bars. Should be yummy.
How long do you think this will keep? I was thinking of making it then using it throughout the week in/on coffee. Thank you for the recipe.
I think it would keep a week in an air tight container!
Love this! Who needs to pair it with anything – I could just eat it by the spoonful! Fold in a few pecan pieces… So yummy! Thanks!
